Daniela Fintrilakis aka Miss Napalm grew up in Los Angeles and came to
germany on a drop in 1995, where she was exposed to electronic music for
the first time and right away was infatuated with it. Fast it became clear
that she did not just want to listen to this sound but also play with
the crowd and beam them off the dancefloor.
Starting off at small partys, where she was given her name “Miss Napalm”
due to her sick Acid sets back then, soon promoters saw potential in the
energetic, crazy Djane.
Before long she started playing events such as the Mayday and was a regular
resident on the side of Steve Mason at the legendary Cosmic Club. Her
rather unconventional style doesn’t fit in any drawer or genre. She manages
to combine Techno, Elektro, Progressive, House to a grand symbiosis in
her addictive, pumping sets and shows great feeling for the audience.
Hitting the right nerve at the right time.
The last few years she organized her own party’s and plays on a regular
basis all the clubs throughout Germany as well as international Festivals
in Colombia, Chile, Australia and USA.
Since 2006 she hosts her own Radio Show on www.ensonic.fm, where she features
new releases, new artists and promotes her label as well as surprise interviews
with artists such as Peter Juergens, Markus Wesen etc..
Was producing own sound just a hobby at first, in April 2006 she founded
her own label “Elektro-lyte Records” which in 2007 shines with productions
from artists such as Markus Wesen, Gun & Napalm, Beckers & Hatfield,
Dfuzhion, Morgan Cardinale, Marvin Lee Gates, Groove Alliance, and Instant
Water.
Current Releases are “Choke” in co production with Peter Gun, the two
energy bundles work great together and there will be more cooking soon
in their production kitchen.
Also look out for upcoming releases Asskickin on Elektro-Lyte Records
coming in summer 2007 as well as “Trainspotting” and “Ass kickin” coming
out on Dutch label “Highlandbeats also in August 2007.
Also new as of August 2007, Miss Napalm joins forces with Betty Bizarre
as the "DIRTY
HOUSE CATZ", a new project that promises to bring well
produced new music and great performances and DJ sets.
